AdreCore Review
We wake up every morning to start our dull, exhausting routines. Work drains us from our energy and by the time we get home to the wife and kids, there’s no juice left to do the things we actually want to. What happened to that cool business idea you thought of a few weeks ago? Or that gym routine you were planning to follow? Fatigue can destroy our mental wellbeing as it prevents us from being productive and engaged. While a Grande cup of Starbucks can keep you going for a few hours, there are other methods you could try to really decrease chronic fatigue, increase focus and even improve memory. The answer? Smart pills or nootropics! NeuroScience has released a cognitive enhancing supplement called AdreCore, designed for adrenal neurotransmitter support to reduce stress and tiredness. Let’s go through the product’s formula to see what it can do for us.
AdreCore Ingredients
AdreCore’s formula consists of a lot of effective nootropics that are known to be some of the best in the market.
Ingredients:
Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 300 mg 500%
Niacin (as niacinamide) 6 mg 30%
Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxal 5′- 12 mg 600%
phosphate & pyridoxine HCI)
Folate (as 5-methyltetrahydrofolate 120 mcg 30%
& Folic Acid)
Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 60 mcg 1000%
Pantothenic Acid (from calcium pantothenate) 300 mcg 3000%
Magnesium (from magnesium glycinate) 14 mg 4%
Zinc (from zinc gluconate) 3 mg 20%
Proprietary Blend 1.253 g †
L-methionine‚ L-histidine‚ L-tyrosine‚ Green Tea leaf
extract (70% epigallocatechin gallate)‚ and Rhodiola rosea
root extract (standardized to 15% rosavins)
So what exactly are the important compounds from this list? Well, Vitamin B12 works well with Vitamin B6 to increase cellular metabolism and mental energy. L-tyrosine works with our dopamine (feel-good neurotransmitters), thus reducing stress and preserving stress-related memory loss. Green tea is a well-known soothing herb and Rhodiola rosea can you calm down during stressful situations. We were happy to see that AdreCore included so many relevant ingredients that tie in perfectly with their goal of helping people to combat stress and fatigue. The dose of each ingredient range from adequate to very good, meaning that their overall potency is high as well.
What AdreCore Does for You
As we predicted, the results turned out to be better than most would think. While only 4 testers experimented with this product, all of them said very positive things about their experiences. The recommended dose is 1-2 capsules a day on regular days and 3 capsules on days where you want to pull out all your hairs. Results kicked in after about 10 days of use. The testers reported feeling a lot more in control when presented with difficult and demanding situations. For instance, one tester told us that it was easier to remain calm and be rational with his angry wife.
The Problem with AdreCore
It’s difficult to try out a product like AdreCore particularly concerning the challenge of measuring the effectiveness. For instance, some users may not want to share personal information about how stressed they are or about the negative aspects of their life. As a result, we cannot exactly moderate whether or not the product has improved stress or tiredness in any way. Another issue that we came across is regulation across a specific time span. While we believe that the product can produce very significant results, it is nearly impossible to gather a group of testers that are all going through the same level of stress at the same time. To put it simply, AdreCore is what we like to call a solo supplement. If you’re going through a lot of anxiety and need something to control that issue to improve your sense of wellbeing and overall lifestyle, then we definitely feel that you should give this product a try.
